PROVISIONAL LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR
If anxiety, past hurt, or patterns you can't quite explain have been running the show for a while, you're in the right place. A lot of the people I work with come in feeling on edge, stuck, or just tired of carrying something heavy on their own. My job is to help you feel safe enough to slow down, look at it, and start feeling more like yourself again.
I work with individuals navigating all kinds of challenges. Whether you're a parent looking for support for your child or someone finally ready to deal with something you've held onto for years, my hope is that this feels like a space where you can breathe a little easier.
Therapy with me is a team effort. We figure things out together, at a pace that feels right for you. You're the expert on your own life, and I'm here to help you make sense of it. My door is open to people of all backgrounds, identities, and stories, and I want this to be a place where you can show up exactly as you are and feel genuinely welcome.
I lean on approaches that are proven to work, including EMDR and sand tray therapy. EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps your brain and body finish processing experiences that still feel stuck. I'm also shaped by attachment theory and parts work, which means I pay attention to how your earliest relationships and the different sides of you all play a role in how you feel and cope today. Trauma and anxiety don't just live in your thoughts. They live in your body and your patterns, and the work I do reaches all of it.
I hold a master's degree in mental health counseling and I'm a National Certified Counselor (NCC), trained in both EMDR and sand tray therapy. If any of this sounds like the kind of support you've been looking for, I'd love to hear from you.
